Preparation:

VITICULTURE: In traditional bush vine, old vineyards more than 60 years old.


Vinification: It is made with the best bunches of the "Los Laureles" farm, making double selection in the field and winery, separating shoulders from the tips. Cryomaceration of the grape for 48 hours to extract the primary aromas. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tank between 18-25º. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels of 225 litres for 25 days. Permanence of the wine on its fine lees in a stainless steel tank. For 10 months.

TASTING NOTE:

- High medium layer red colour. Clean, bright and with abundant tears. - Red fruit and forest fruits, balsamics and black pepper spices stand out on the nose. Notes of coffee, chocolate and liquorice. - In the mouth it is structured with great balance, powerful tannin but Nice, with great personality, but without losing the characteristics Typical of Castilian and black slimy grapes. Good persistence. 


RECOMMENDATIONS:

Serve between 16-180C. Accompany with red meat, game meat and cured cheeses.
