From the conjunction of Bodega El Lomo and the renowned Canarian chef Jorge Bosch Barrera (4 times recognised by the Bib Gourmand of the Michelin guide) the concept "Gastrobodega La bola" by Jorge Bosch is born.

Its dishes are recommended by the Michelin Guide and the Repsol Guide and awarded 5 years in a row, with Bib Gourmand (Michelin). The chef, with his innovative cuisine, fuses traditional dishes from local product Km 0.
