Producer: Bodega EL Lomo (AFECAN S.A.U)

Country of Origin: Spain

Production Region: Canary Islands

Wine Type: Rosé

Varieties: Listán Negro

COMPOSITION:

Alcohol content: 13% vol. Total Acidity: 4.8 g Volatile Acidity: 0.34 g/l pH: 3.5 SO2L/T: 26 mg/l

ELABORATION:

VITICULTURE: Traditional trellis. VINIFICATION: During its production, the Listán Negro variety is macerated for a maximum of 12 hours in the cold, then undergoes a gentle pressing with a 60% yield. Once the must is in the tank, we let it ferment at a controlled temperature of 12 to 14°C.

This wine is very demanding in its elaboration since one of the most valued aspects of a rosé is its hue.

For this reason, the work in the winery must be very precise, taking care of the preservation of the wine to avoid excessive oxidation that would ruin this production.
