The harvest is 100% manual. The grapes are transported to the winery in 20kg boxes and the second selection is carried out on a belt before being passed through. The production process begins with the reception of the grapes, refrigerated in the chamber between -5ºC and 0ºC, thus avoiding oxidation. The varieties undergo pre-fermentation maceration at 0ºC and then start to ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25-27ºC for 10-12 days. Then the must is extracted and the skins are gently pressed. After several transfers in the cellar, it is bottled. The result is a fresh, fun young wine, without complexes, destined to please all types of palates.
TASTING NOTE:
- Ruby red color, with a subtle violet rim and middle layer.
