ELABORATION:
VITICULTURE: Vertical trellis. (wire-trained wines).
VINIFICATION: It is made from a manual harvest with double selection of the bunches at the optimal point of maturity. The grapes go into storage and go to cold macerate for 6 to 10 hours. To then make a gentle pressing and thus obtain the must that will be defangled and then slowly fermented at a temperature of approximately 16ºC. After several transfers of the coat it was bottled.
TASTING NOTE:
- Stanky yellow in colour with greenish trims, very clean and shiny. - The nose is fresh, with aromas of tropical fruits, stone fruit, citrus and a background of white flowers. - In the mouth it is fresh, silky, with a soft passage and good final persistence.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Serve between 8-100C. Serve with fish, fresh seafood and pasta.
