Preparation:

The Canary Islands is a fusion of cultures, dimas, lives, meeting point and fruit of that mixture. Creativity, tradition and a lot of passion light up a vermouth that brings together the essence of our islands: warmth, joy and flavour.

The starting point is a base wine made with grapes of the Listán blanco variety, a prephylloxeric ancestor of the "Palomino fino" that is one of the most widespread grapes for its adaptation to the volcanic terror of our islands. This characteristic wine for its freshness and memories of tropical fruits is the 100% recognisable base of the vermouth "El 18" Blanco, to this are incorporated 18 select botanicals, mostly native to the Canary Islands, which by infusion or maceration transform the selection of our wines into a delicate vermouth ayo bouquet and complexity is formed by the maceration in a stainless steel tank. The sum of all this makes the vermouth "El 18" a premium appetiser, structured, complex, with mahogany tones and with that evocative touch that awakens our fortunate islands.

TASTING NOTE:

- Clean and bright golden colour and amber sparkles. - Intense, fresh, fragrant and elegant, it gives off citrus and herbaceous notes. - In the mouth it is elegant and fresh, the notes of the Listán Blanco (fennel) are perfectly combined with the citrus notes of the oranges and lemons "of the country". All this gives way to spices such as vanilla and cinnamon. As a whole it is presented as a balanced, fresh and fun vermouth which makes the vermouth "El 18 blanco" an ideal appetiser to "open your mouth" or simply for your enjoyment alone or combined as part of a cocktail.
