The hand picked grapes undergo a double-selection process and are sorted using a gravity-flow system without crushing the grape.
Maceration-fermentation occurs in wide tanks to allow soaking in wide and low deposits for greater contact with the Must and soft pressing. Cherry red color with violet hues, bright middle layer. Complex aroma of medium intensity, red fruit and spices. Great on the palate, light, fruity, with a pleasant persistent finish.

Varietal: Majority Listan Negro (96%).
Whole grapes and maceration-fermentation inside the grain (intracellular maceration-fermentation) Carbon, controlled pressing and fermentation Intense ruby / cherry middle layer and youthful purple rim.
Clean nose, medium to high intensity, aromas of banana and berries. Easy on the palate, nice and balanced, without edges.
Alcohol: 13% vol.

The wine undergoes a long maceration process in wide tanks, then is aged in North American, French and Hungarian oak barrels for around three months.
Bright cherry-red colour, with granate reflections on middle layer rim, and edges. Aromas of balsamic and ripe fruit with notes of licorice and spices.
